📣 Membership Update – Your Voice Matters

As our organization continues to grow and evolve, we are committed to making sure our structure best serves our members both now and in the future. With that in mind, a proposed bylaw change will be presented at our upcoming meeting on March 13.

The proposed change would adjust the size of our Board of Directors from 9 members to 5 members.

Why make this change?
As we’ve evaluated our current needs, we believe a smaller board can:
• Streamline communication
• Increase efficiency in decision-making
• Strengthen accountability
• Allow us to respond more quickly to opportunities and challenges

This is an important decision that directly impacts the future direction of our organization — and that’s why your voice matters.

To vote and participate in the discussion, you must be a current, paid member. If you have not yet paid your membership dues, we encourage you to do so before the March 13 meeting so you can be part of the conversation and help shape the future of our group.

We want this decision to reflect the will of our membership. Please make plans to attend, ask questions, share your thoughts, and cast your vote.
